Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

.To be eligible for exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (if any).
.You may only exchange for items of same value or above.
.To initiate your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and info on the item you wish to exchange. Please firstly get in touch with us.

.Refunds will only be granted for damaged or defective goods and an exchange is not possible.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
